Changes / Cambios
I hope you like the changes, I'll begin next week. (recommendations are welcomed)
He estado pensando por bastante tiempo y decidí hacer algunos cambios en mi blog. Primero, me di cuenta que en Colombia hay pocos bloggers de moda/lifestyle y quiero entrar en este campo. En mi blog voy a mostrar diseñadores, almacenes, restaurantes/bares y lugares colombianos, todo en español (claro que los posts de inspiración pueden ser de cualquier lugar del mundo!)
Espero que les gusten los cambios, la próxima semana empiezo. (recomendaciones son bienvenidas)

Dream Home: Eclectic Manhattan
This manhattan apartment is owned by cosmetics executive Jeanine Lobell and actor Anthony Edwards, and was decorated by Rafael de Cárdenas.
The sofa and cocktail table are by Cárdenas (the decorator), and the 1940s sleigh chairs are from High Style Deco. The curtains are of a Starkfabric, and the framed wallpaper panel is by de Gournay.
The games area has an artwork by Jean-François Debongnie, the chairs are upholstered in a Designers Guild fabric, and the tree sculpture is a C. Jeré piece, the vases are by Robert Kuo, and the rugs are Chinese Art Deco.
The dining room walls are covered in a vintage wallpaper from Secondhand Rose, the Gustavian-style table, cabinet, and mirror were found in Sweden, and the rug is by Madeline Weinrib.
Fashion photographs by Melvin Sokolsky are displayed above a 1960's Brazilian credenza, the walls areVenetian plaster.
This bathroom is sheathed in a Stark wallpaper.

Food For The Fashionista: D&G Gold (Part I)
"The first concept restaurant by dolce and Gabbana. gold is upbeat, sunny color, the color of energy, luxury and a new dolce vita, signifying a place for beauty and sensual pleasure."
The restaurant is located in Milan, it serves international Italian food, and has several levels including a downstairs bistro that opens at lunchtime and a more formal upstairs that serves dinner only.

Dogs and Decor
Designer Michael DePerno's West Hollywood home with his two dogs: a terrier-whippet mix, and Sticks, a whippet.
Jasper, the labradoodle, at designer Michael S. Smith’s Bel Air ranch house.
Director Michael Bay's (Transformers and Armageddon) Miami Beach home. He has two mastiffs: Bonecrusher (named after a Decepticon Transformer) and Grace (Liv Tyler’s character inArmageddon).
Decorators Jeffrey Alan Marks and Ross Cassidy have a labrador named Chessie in their Santa Monica home.
Designer John Caviness rescued Cooper, a German shepherd-greyhound mix. He lives happily in his East Hampton beach house.
Actress Ellen Pompeo’s two toy poodles, Gigi and Valentino, playing beside the swimming pool at her 1920s Hollywood Hills home.
